Building a Mass Organization Training

Hayley will be joining our chapter in person on Sunday, November 13th at 3pm for a chapter wide training on Building a Mass Organization. This training includes historical context, discussions, and breakouts to explore the idea of building a mass organization, and why DSA is committed to becoming a mass working class organization.
Hayley (she/her) is on DSA national staff as a Field Organizer. Before joining DSA, she worked for a Colorado progressive nonprofit, where she and a coworker started their first staff union to improve their working conditions. Prior to that, she worked on a variety of campaigns, including two of Denver DSA’s own endorsees, socialist Lorena Garcia for US Senate and Paid Family and Medical Leave for Coloradans. She’s been a member of DSA since early 2020 and supported her local Denver chapter as our Electoral Committee Chair in 2021. DSA has been her political home since she joined, but she has been organizing left campaigns in Colorado since 2016.
